Music retailer HMV is to return to the shopping centre this month, after closing its store there in January this year. It is to take on part of the former BHS shop.

And jewellery brand Pandora, doughnut shop Krispy Kreme, and an independent phone repair and accessory shop iSmash, will all be opening at the Brighton shopping centre before the end of the year.

Mark Buchanan-Smith, Churchill Square centre director, said: “Alongside the welcome return of HMV, the arrival of three new-to-Churchill Square retailers is fantastic news for us and for the city.

“This year alone we’ve welcomed a number of new names and brands and the news just keeps getting better, with more stores opening their doors to the public before 2018. Pandora, HMV and Krispy Kreme are hugely popular and all three are great fit for our extensive offering.”

HMV and iSmash are both due to open within the next 10 days, with Pandora and Krispy Kreme planned to open their doors to the public before the end of 2017.
