To celebrate the re-opening of McDonald’s at Churchill Square this week, hungry shoppers can grab a free cheeseburger with the purchase of any Extra Value Meal, or a free McFlurry with the purchase of any large Extra Value Meal, on Thursday and Friday - simply by redeeming a code in the centre’s Brighton Life app.
The revamped fast food store will welcome customers back from 10.30am tomorrow (Thursday February 23), with a focus on interactivity and personalisation of food orders with six new digital ordering kiosks and table service taking centre stage.
Alongside the changes, 10 new jobs will also be created for the people of Brighton.
Churchill Centre Director, Mark Buchanan-Smith, said he was looking forward to seeing the new and improved McDonald’s.
“Table service combined with a new way of ordering is set to go down a treat with our shoppers,” said Mark.
“We’re always striving to ensure we have the best possible offering throughout Churchill Square and I’m delighted that McDonald’s are undergoing such an extensive change. Everyone here is looking forward to seeing the refurbished restaurant when it re-opens on Thursday.”
Abdul Butt, McDonald’s Churchill Square Store Manager, said he was excited to be welcoming customers back. “The team have been working extremely hard to get the restaurant ready and it’s set to look fantastic,” said Abdul.
“When we re-open our customers will get the same great service that they’ve come to expect from us, along with some exciting new additions, and either a free cheeseburger or McFlurry for those using the Brighton Life app. We all can’t wait for this Thursday.”
Shoppers using the Brighton Life app will be able to claim their free cheeseburger with the purchase of an Extra Value Meal or McFlurry when purchasing a large Extra Value Meal, simply by redeeming a code in the app on either Thursday or Friday after 10.30am.
