The service wants to create a banner of photos in the rainbow colours of the Pride flag to display outside its Preston Circus station during Pride week.A fire service spokesperson said: "Photos can be of individuals or groups – whether family, friends or workmates – and ideally people should be wearing one of the colours of the Pride flag – red, orange, yellow, green, blue or purple."We’d also love to see any photos from previous years at Pride.

The photos should be sent electronically to [email protected] by midday on July 10.The fire service will be in attendance at Brighton Pride this year, and will be joined by colleagues from West Sussex and Hampshire fire and rescue services, as well as staff from fire services across the UK. East Sussex Fire and Rescue has long been a supporter of Pride and is pleased to be part of the celebrations again this year. This year's Brighton Pride weekend takes place from August 4 to 6.
