There’s a variety of distances to suit all fitness levels and a Scootathon on Saturday, September 16, for younger athletes.

Antonia Shepherd of the hospice’s fundraising team, said: “We’re looking for fitness fans to proudly wear the Martlets’ vest and raise lots of money for us so that we can help even more families from the Brighton and Hove area.

“It’s thanks to the generosity of local people that we can provide our life-changing care free from charge.

“Registration for the Triathlon costs just £25 and you’ll need to raise a minimum of £250 in sponsorship for Martlets. We’re also welcoming relay teams of two or three people, please get in touch if you’d like to know more.”
