Series ofconcerts to be held atAll Saints

It’s that time of year when the long-running series of concerts begins in All Saints Church, Hastings.

The annual event will be the 26th series.

Once more the 1878 Father Willis organ will fill the building with wonderful sounds listened to by an appreciative audience.

Due to family illness, the first advertised performer has had to withdraw, however organisers have been very fortunate to be able to engage Tom Winpenny from St Alban’s Cathedral in Hertfordshire to play at the concerts, at just one week’s notice.

The first concert takes place on Monday, July 7 at 7.30 pm.

Tickets at £8 are available at the door, or people can buy a season ticket, which costs £50 for all eight concerts.

Refreshments are available in the interval, and visitors will be warmly welcomed by everyone.

The second concert, which will be held on Monday, July 14 will be played by James Lloyd Thomas from Sussex University, who will play music with a French connection.
