A new wine merchants shop is planning to open in a South Downs town.
Chanctonbury Wines are currently seeking a license from Horsham District Council to open the shop in Steyning High Street.
In its application to the council, the company says: “The premises will operate as a wine merchants specialising in the sale of high quality premium wines, beers and spirits.”
It adds: “The High Street in Steyning is bustling and we hope to further add to the growing selection of independent outlets in the town.”
