An Eastbourne business has celebrated being in the town 10 years by treating family and friends to a special performance from a Britain’s Got Talent finalist.

Ginger and Sanders, which is a property sales and lettings agency in the town, marked their 10th year in business with an event at Rostick in Terminus Road which friends and family of the company attended.

The business was started by Zita Ginger and Peter Sanders in Langney Road back in 2012.

Mr Sanders, who is a director at the company, said: “I am so proud of what we have achieved here. The past decade has thrown some challenges our way, especially in recent times. Zita and I are very lucky to have an incredible team behind us, they always pull together and support one another in times of need and the pandemic really showed that.”

Those in attendance at the celebratory event were treated to a show by comedian and ventriloquist Steve Hewlett, who rose to fame following his performances on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2013 as he made the final.

Mr Sanders added: “Steve put on a brilliant show. We were so happy with how the night went. The entertainment, the service, the food and drink and of course the company were all first class. Thank you Steve and Rostick for making this night one to remember.

“We hope all those who attended enjoyed the evening as much as we did. We are looking forward to seeing what the next decade in business will bring.”
