Global property agent opens Brighton office
One of world’s leading property agents has opened a new office in Brighton.
Savills at Mocatta House, on Trafalgar Place, will be the base for the firm’s planning and development specialists including Guy Dixon, planning director, together with development directors, Ian Fowler and Ed James.
Head of Savills south east development team Ian Fowler said: “We are very much looking forward to building our existing presence in this thriving city.
“The property market in Brighton is both dynamic and challenging and over the years Savills has been increasingly active in the city across a number of service lines, advising clients on various assets.”
Savills planning has gained planning permission for three substantial schemes in Brighton, which together will provide 600 new homes, and has recently concluded the sale of a substantial part of the Preston Barracks site.
