“The property market in Brighton is both dynamic and challenging and over the years Savills has been increasingly active in the city across a number of service lines, advising clients on various assets.”

Savills planning has gained planning permission for three substantial schemes in Brighton, which together will provide 600 new homes, and has recently concluded the sale of a substantial part of the Preston Barracks site.
