Founded in 2001, Choccywoccydoodah is a specialist chocolatier, famous for designing and creating bespoke cakes. The company was established in Brighton, where it has a store in Meeting House Lane, and also ran an outlet in Covent Garden, London.

It said as a result of challenging trading conditions, the directors have taken the decision to close the business and have instructed Quantuma to assist with winding up the company.

All operations have ceased and both shops have now closed.

Sean Bucknall, partner at Quantuma, said: “Due to financial difficulties as a result of a challenging trading environment, increased costs and declining margins, Quantuma has been instructed by the directors to assist in placing the company into liquidation.

“Quantuma has been in contact with customers that have been affected and will endeavour to make this a smooth a process as possible for all stakeholders.”
