Steve Pineau, director l’Atelier du Vin, said: “We want to immerse ourselves in to the community and work in creating a shop, where the locals can pop their head around the door and find out what’s drinking well, or what cheeses are perfectly ripened and ready to eat, we are looking to get involved with the local community.”

Cases and Curds & Whey has also taken on staff from La Cave a Fromage which closed last year.

Phil Bartley director of GB Charcuterie, said: “We’ve been looking for a premises to open our second site for some time and this was the obvious choice. We are so happy to be able to get the team from La Cave back to work and give the Brunswick community back a well loved business, with a few improvements.”
