Horsham schools unite for charity project
Although this is a fantastic activity in itself, it is also a great opportunity for some of the students from the four schools to work together.
The student-led project, known as ‘Fourshor’ (standing for ‘Four Schools in Horsham’), represents the culmination of ongoing work between students and staff from Tanbridge House, Forest, Millais and The Weald.

The result of the planning will be a series of charity concerts taking place at each of the four schools during February and March 2015.
An extremely enthusiastic team of student representatives from each of the schools have been meeting regularly over the past year and are currently busy auditioning and shortlisting acts for next year’s concerts.
Charlie Brooker, a Year 10 student from Tanbridge involved in the project said: “Fourshor is a group consisting of student representatives from each of the four Horsham secondary schools: Tanbridge House, The Weald, Forest and Millais. We are very fortunate to have several high performing schools in the Horsham District.
“Despite each school being very good, we are better together than we ever could be alone.”
