Bognor Regis war games fans join forces for fund-raising

The Bognor Military Modelling and Wargaming Society will be holding its annual open day at the West Meads Community Hall.

Each year the club picks a charity to support, this year it has chosen Help for Heroes.

The charity will have a representative as well as merchandise for sale, and entry is by donation.

Money raised will go forward to the charity, which transforms the lives of wounded service personnel.

Members work and works in progress will be on display, and visitors can join in a game wargaming members will have in progress.

The main attraction will be Make and Take, sponsored by Airfix which has supplied a limited number of the kits. Help will be available to modellers if required.

For the first time the Bognor Regis Model Railway Club will also be in attendance.

The event will take place on Saturday, October 22.

Doors open at 10am and close at 4pm.
