Steven’s restaurants, Etch in Hove and Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond will serve his vermouth.

Steven said, ‘‘This has been an exciting project for me and I’m so proud of what we have created. I wanted to use the thought and effort I put into creating dishes for my restaurants into creating a bright refreshing vermouth that is up there with the best. I think we’ve nailed it."

The team also worked with Camille Hobby Limon, London cocktail legend to produce their No.1 Amber Limon and No.2 Camille’s Red vermouths. The No.1 features Kentish rhubarb,

the freshest blood orange and Surrey honey, whilst the No.2 is a rich red vermouth of Kentish gamay, Sussex Bacchus, Ruby Port & 23 herbs and spices, all brought together with

a hint of bonfire toffee.

Camille commented: "It’s been an exhilarating and refreshing journey, working with the guys at London Vermouth Company. I’m so proud of what we have achieved together. Both the vermouths we created are modern expressions of vermouth culture; equally at home taken neat with ice, with a mixer (I’d suggest one of our INTUNE mixers for starters!), or in a cocktail."

Ben Leask, LVC founder partner, added: "I’m so excited about we have achieved with Camille and Steven. They were dreams to work with and I am in awe of their skill in developing our new vermouths. I know our drinks will be a great success here, not only because of Camille and Steven’s reputations as a great flavour-makers but also simply because they taste so great."

Forecasting a new millennium’s Roaring 20s to succeed the Covid virus and a growing audience for modern vermouths in a rapidly growing and evolving cocktail market, the team at LVC and Steven and Camille are eager for bartenders, restaurateurs and indie retailers to try them.
