How you can celebrate Burns Night in Brighton

Burns Night, sometimes known as Burns Supper, is a celebration of Scottish poet Robert Burns' life who famously wrote '˜Auld Lang Syne' and '˜A Red, Red, Rose'.

While the night can be celebrated at any time, typically it is celebrated on or close to January 25, the poet’s birthday.

Haggis and whiskey is typically consumed at the supper with singing and toasts to the food and to Burns himself.
