Agents welcome new appointment

This appointment continues an estate agent legacy for both the company and the town as Tom’s father Roger Saunders ran the office for nearly 20 years and only recently retired.

The team now comprises Stuart Hall, branch partner, Tom Saunders, sales manager, Sarah Sanderson and Elaine Jones, negotiators, and Sarah Sanderson-Smith, branch secretary.

Stuart Hall, commenting on Tom’s appointment and the market, said, “I am extremely pleased that Tom has joined us, it’s great to have a new Saunders on the team, considering the respect his father earned with buyers and sellers while working for Rush, Witt Wilson and I know he will be working extra hard to live up to his father’s reputation.

“His appointment bolsters an already incredibly experienced and professional team and the timing is perfect as we are experiencing one of the busiest periods we have seen since the recession started.

“New instructions are at record numbers and while it is vital that vendors remain realistic in their price expectations there are definite signs that buyer activity is on the up, assuming the market continues in this trend it’s shaping up to be a great summer.”
