Air ambulance called to Hove collision

Emergency services are at the scene of '˜serious' collision in Hove this morning (April 18).

Sussex Police said its officers were called to King George VI Avenue just before 7.30am to an overturned car.

Police said the air ambulance landed nearby and took the casualty to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.

The road is currently closed in both directions, and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
