Arun family charity’s appeal for helping hand(bags)

HANDBAG hoarders are being asked to cull their cupboards and de-clutter their drawers for the sake of a vital family support charity.

Home-Start Arun is holding a handbag sale later this month and is appealing for donations of any of the unwanted accessories.

They will be sold to help the Arundel-based charity to continue its work of assisting young families under pressure, and at the same time raise the profile of Home-Start to recruit new volunteers.

Bags can be donated at the Home-Start offices at 5c Park Farm, Chichester Road, Arundel, telephone 01903 889707, or dropped off at the charity’s family groups, on Monday morning at The Hub, Bognor, or Tuesday morning, at Yapton Children and Family Centre,

The sale be at The Body Shop Trading Post, Watersmead, Littlehampton on Saturday, March 24, from 11am-3pm.
