Bexhill Beach Party
THE cars may be tiny but members of the Smart Car Club were in great heart for their fifth annual Bexhill Beach Party.
The event draws members from as far afield as Redcar and has become such an established August Bank Holiday tradition in the town that the club was invited to take part in the De La Warr Pavilion's Jour de Fete.
Some 19 cars were assembled on the De La Warr Pavilion terrace last Friday night for a launch party.
Members turned out in even greater numbers for Bank Holiday Monday's Bexhill 100 Motoring Club Classic Car and Custom Car show in Polegrove.
