Bexhill’s music festival continues

Chairman of the Bexhill Festival of Music (BFM), Tony Mansi, promised this year’s festival would be bigger and better than ever and the event continues to draw music lovers to a range of venues throughout the town.

Tomorrow (June 14) over 30 musicians known as The Whacky Band play a varied ‘merry’ free concert on the bandstand at the De La Warr Pavilion (DLWP) 3-5pm.

Chloe Page performs Soul and Motown classic hits tonight (June 13) at local eatery, No.48 Devonshire road, at 7pm. On Sunday, also at No.48, Irish singer/guitarist Owen Donovan performs at 2pm, and at 7pm is an Elvis Tribute night with Chris Field.

On Wednesday (June 18) join hundreds of youngsters at the DLWP for their Summer Sing Concert at 7pm.

For those who love music and dancing the Spinning Jenny Band host a family barn dance, June 28, St Marks Church Hall, Little Common, 7.30pm.
