Brighton beach has been named the top seaside destination for people flocking to the coast on May Bank Holiday.

Trainline, an independent train ticket retailer and train travel app, has revealed the UK’s top 10 seaside choices, based upon ticket sales so far in 2017, today (Wednesday April 26).

Brighton came top, followed by Bournemouth then Weymouth.

The full top 10 is:
