Burger joint to open its first restaurant outside the capital in Brighton

A burger chain is to open a branch in Brighton, with its first ever vegan burger on offer at the new restaurant.

Patty & Bun has ten London stores,and is set to open its eleventh in The Lanes next month.

The restaurant in Ship Street is set to have 40 covers with additional outdoor seating in the summer, as well as a takeaway hatch.

The new Brighton burger joint will open on Tuesday, February 13, and will offer the brand's first vegan burger.

A spokesperson for Patty & Bun said: "After the huge success of both Notting Hill and Richmond Road opening last year, Patty & Bun is excited to undertake its first venture outside of London.

"The aim of the new Brighton site is not to create a contrived branded space, but provide the community with an independent, raw charm that Patty & Bun has become renowned for."
