Thousands flock to after hours student night at Brighton shopping centre

From 6.30pm to 9pm, students took advantage of savings and special offers and got into the party mood with live music from Brighton’s Capital FM, entertainment with an LED photobooth, freebies and prizes galore with a cash cube.

Mark Buchanan-Smith, Churchill Square centre director, said: “Once again we had a fantastic turnout for our annual Student Shopping Night and it was great to welcome new and returning faces to the centre for an evening of amazing offers.

“Students are a really important part of the Brighton community and we love having them in the centre. Alongside the brilliant discounts and offers that many of our stores had during the evening, we also had a whole host of activities and entertainment lined up to give the centre a real party atmosphere.”

Throughout the evening discounts and offers were available at Levi’s, Victoria’s Secret, Urban Outfitters, Krispy Kreme, Skechers, Burton, Topshop, Topman, Calzedonia, Zara Dorothy Perkins and Fossil.

“We know just how popular our Student Shopping Night is and not only did our young shoppers have an excellent time, but our fantastic stores also loved providing a range of one-night-only offers,” Mr Buchanan-Smith said. “We hope Brighton’s students enjoyed the Student Shopping Night as much as we all did.”
