Car collides with cyclist in Brighton city centre
Heavy traffic has been reported in Brighton city centre after a collision.
Western Road is reportedly blocked westbound between Preston Street and Montpelier Road after a car collided with a cyclist.
Police are on the scene.
The one way system is said to have been disrupted by the incident.
