Cash stolen in early-morning robbery at Brighton shop

Sussex Police is investigating the robbery of a Brighton convenience store at 6am this morning (January 4).

Police said a man entered the NISA Local convenience store at The Highway, Moulsecoomb, Brighton, threatened staff and stole a small quantity of cash from a till.

No weapon was seen and nobody was hurt.

The man was described as white, about 5’10”, wearing a black mask over his mouth, and a dark navy blue hoody.

Witnesses should contact Sussex Police online or call 101, quoting serial 155 of 04/01.
