The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Clare Cole, 31, of Findon Road, Ifield, was banned from driving for 56 days, with a one year conditional discharge, a £15 victim surcharge, and £50 costs. She had pleaded guilty to theft from a garage in Mannings Heath, driving without a licence, possessing crack cocaine, and failing to provide a blood sample for testing.

Amy Downes, 25, of Highwood Crescent, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £180 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Sharon Foster, 43, of Coombe Hill, Billingshurst, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to common assault and two counts of assaulting a police officer, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Neal Holden, 30, of The Oaks, Southwater, was fined £370, with a £37 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to harassment. A restraining order was made, barring him from going to a road in Horsham.

Steven Chapman, 26, of Darwin Close, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Mark Ratcliffe, 59, of Holmbush Lane, Henfield, was banned from driving for a year, with a £555 fine, a £56 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Bolney.

Nigel Turner, 54, of Hoddern Avenue, Peacehaven, was fined £440, with a £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without due care and attention at Bolney.

Hasib Afghan, 25, of Sydenham Road, Croydon, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at West Grinstead.

Ernest Creasey, 80, of Cricketers Close, Ashington, was banned from driving for six months, with a £440 fine, a £44 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance.

Zivile Dapkunaite, 34, of Greenfields, Wick, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Dial Post.

Mark Howley, 46, of Broxash Road, London, was fined £765, with a £77 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red light at Buck Barn.

David Lewis, 58, of Lansdowne Road, Angmering, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Dial Post.

Andrew Stephenson, 51, of Church Street, High Bonnybridge, was fined £150, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Pulborough.

Rokib Abdul, 35, of Kilnmead, Crawley, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Bolney.

Jason Burns, 30, of Balmoral Close, Rustington, was fined £440, with a £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Fittleworth.

Angela McNeil, 48, of no fixed address, was given a three month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer at Horsham.

Aiden Ford, 22, of Coltan Road North, Weymouth, was given a six month jail sentence, suspended for a year, with £190 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to common assault and causing criminal damage, both in Steyning, and admitted breaching two suspended sentences. The suspended sentences were varied to be a 12 week jail term and a six week jail term, both suspended for 18 months.

Leonardo Marques, 32, of no fixed address, was given a two week jail sentence, with a £740 fine, and a £27 victim surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug (cannabis) and two counts of common assault, both in Pulborough, and two counts of failing to answer bail.

Aileen McColl, 20, of Comptons Lane, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £110 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

Lauren Austin, 22, of Jones Street, Newport, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £50 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge, and £35 costs. She had pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Horsham.

Ross Bain, 34, of Bedford Road, Horsham, was given a six month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £300 costs. He had been found guilty of common assault.
