Carl Holmes, 42, of South Holmes Road, Horsham, was given a community order with an eight week curfew, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Eugene Parr, 46, of Granary Close, Horsham, was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge, with £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft from Tesco in Horsham.

Anthony Weston, 29, of Gaggle Wood, Mannings Heath, was given a 21 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with an £80 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Stanley knife in a public place in Horsham.

Gareth Yeo, 34, of Leonard Way, Horsham, was given a six week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and £500 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to theft of perfume from Boots and sunglasses from Specsavers, both in Horsham.

Chelsea Cooper, 22, of Strawberry Field, Pulborough, was banned from driving for 15 months, with a £660 fine, a £66 victim surcharge, and £200 costs. She had been convicted in her absence on seven counts of failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Courtaney Mundy, 25, of Pankhurst Avenue, Brighton, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of speeding at Dial Post.

Louise Stevens, 60, of Oakley Green Road, Windsor, was fined £47, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red light at Buck Barn.

Peter Farr, 54, of Kings Road, Horsham, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding.

Peter Gabriel, 57, of Heathdown Close, Peacehaven, was banned from driving for eight weeks, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at Bolney.

Bogdan Ionescu, 30, of Stanley Avenue, Dagenham, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red light at Buck Barn.

Tracy Lewis, 53, of Clappers Lane, Fulking, was fined £93, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, and to speeding.

Brian O’Shaughnessy, 22, of Sandygate Lane, Lower Beeding, was fined £117, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Marc Patroklou, 45, of Whinchat Road, London, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red light at Buck Barn.

Dale Tuesley, 24, of Heath Close, Broadbridge Heath, was fined £233, with a £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post.

Daniel Nicolaou, 23, of Walmer Crescent, Brighton, was banned from driving for a year, with a £275 fine, a £28 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Bolney.

Richard May, 65, of Bishopric, Horsham, was given a two and a half year driving ban, a community order with 200 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen.

Frazer Williams, 34, of Brookdale Road, London, was given a community order with 300 hours of unpaid work, £551.75 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to using violence to enter a home in Loxwood, and fraud by using another person’s bank card in Billingshurst. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting the victim, or going to an address in Loxwood.

Rafal Kolakowski, 35, of Bennetts Road, Horsham, was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, with a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. Daniel Wells, 30, of Henty Close, Bewbush, was given an 18 month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £250 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a car in Horsham.
