David Lochre, 55, of Radnor Road, Worthing: Fined £80 and must pay £85 costs, £64 victim surcharge, after admitting stealing various items from Shell UK, Henfield, on October 22, 2023. Fined £80 after admitting stealing various items from Shell UK, Worthing, on October 22, 2023.

Michael Rowe, 39, of South Terrace, Littlehampton: 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order made by Worthing Magistrates' Court on September 29, 2023, by having alcohol in his possession, being drunk in a public place, swearing and threatening members of the public, causing harassment, alarm and distress in Marine Parade, Worthing, on March 27, 2024.

David Palmer, 48, of Ringed Plover Apartments, Salt Marsh Road, Shoreham: Fined £123 and must pay £115 costs, £49 victim surcharge, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, on August 3, 2023. Fined £123 after admitting failing to comply with a red light traffic signal in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, on August 3, 2023. His driving record was endorsed with a total of six points.

Josiah Gwatidzo, 53, of Hildon Park, Durrington: Fined £666 and must pay £266 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Belle Hill, at the junction with the A269 Lonon Road, Bexhill, on July 30, 2023. His driving record was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Guy Monkhouse, 53, of Green Lane Close, Arundel: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours' unpaid work after admitting driving while unfit through drugs in The Causeway, Arundel, on July 9, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £114 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jake Norris, 32, of Gravelly Crescent, Lancing: Community order with 120-day alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement and must carry out 100 hours' unpaid work after admitting taking a vehicle without consent in Gravelly Crescent, Lancing, on December 31, 2023; and drink-driving (105mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Rugby Road, Worthing, on December 31, 2023. Must pay £85 costs. Also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

James Diboll, 37, of Southfield Road, Worthing: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and 12-month alcohol treatment requirement after admitting drink-driving (97mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Crockhurst Hill, Worthing, on January 1, 2024. Must pay £114 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Aiden Fitzgerald, 42, of Teville Road, Worthing: Jailed for 20 weeks after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Teville Road, Worthing, on Mar 27, 2024. Jailed for 20 weeks to run concurrently after admitting a second charge of assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Teville Road, Worthing, on Mar 27, 2024. Jailed for four weeks to run concurrently after admitting possessing an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster, in a private place in Teville Road, Worthing, on Mar 27, 2024. Also admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required at Worthing Hospital on July 21, 2023, no separate penalty. Must pay a total of £200 compensation and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Apollo Austin, 20, of Broadwater Road, Worthing: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £200 after admitting assault by beating in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on August 12, 2023; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in the Guildbourne Centre, Worthing, on August 12, 2023. Must pay a total of £250 compensation and also given a restraining order.

Jordan Chitty, 26, of Griffin Crescent, Littlehampton: Must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order made by Crawley Magistrates' Court on August 11, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work on October 19, November 9 and December 3, 2023. The order was varied to include an additional five days' rehabilitation activity requirement.

Tara Costello, 50, of Bailey Close, Littlehampton: Fined £91 and must pay £9 victim surcharge, £9 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on April 28, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Harvey Eastley, 22, of Pier Road, Littlehampton: Must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order made by Worthing Magistrates' Court on March 20, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work on January 6, 14 and 20, 2024. The order was varied to include an additional 12 hours' unpaid work.

Joseph Holden, 34, of Elm Grove, Lancing: Fined £10 after admitting breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Brighton Magistrates' Court on November 9, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work on January 22 and February 5, 2024.

Graeme Sutherland, 46, of Brighton Road, Worthing: Fined £91 and must pay £9 victim surcharge after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn, on June 10, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Tony Merrett, 41, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton: Fined £120 and must pay £85 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Littlehampton on October 17, 2023. Also admitted attempted theft of a leg of lamb worth £19.99 from Farm Foods, Littlehampton, on October 17, 2023, no separate penalty.

Daniel Horgan, 34, of Carisbrooke Drive, Worthing: Fined £120 and must pay £48 victim surcharge, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving without insurance on the A27 Hove on July 26, 2023.

Jody Haynes, 42, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton: Fined £120 and must pay £63.55 compensation after admitting stealing food, alcohol and household goods worth £51.05 from Co-op, Worthing, on September 4, 2023. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £12.50 from Co-op, South Street, Tarring, on November 15, 2023, no separate penalty.

Joe Spencer-Smith, 28, of Breach Close, Steyning: Community order and must carry out 40 hours' unpaid work after admitting drug-driving (87ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Broomfield Road, Henfield, on December 3, 2023. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
