May 6:

Ethan Austin-Way, 18, of Illet Way, Faygate, indicated a plea of guilty to being involved in the supplying of 430 grams of cannabis to another. The offence took place at Horsham on February 12. The court made a community order with a requirement of 80 hours of unpaid work.

Greig Mabb, 34, of Hawthorn Road, Kingsnorth, Ashford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Kia on Greenhurst Drive, East Grinstead, on October 27, last year, with the controlled drug Benzoylecgonine in his blood stream. He was fined £400 and banned from driving for one year.

Oliver Summers, 26, of Brighton Road, Selden, Worthing, indicated a plea of guilty to diving a Yamaha vehicle dangerously on the A24, at Horsham on February 20. The court made a community order with a requirement of 150 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 15 months.

Neil Slater, 54, of Fourth Avenue, Hove, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cocaine at Horsham on January 29. The court made a community order and fined him £230.

Tito Onyango, 40, of Barclay Road, Croydon, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis resin at Haywards Heath on November 7, last year. He was fined £40.

May 10:

Ioan Adascalitei, 53, of Shipley Road, Crawley, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Betts Way, Crawley, on March 28. He was fined £113.

Graham Dobbs, 44, of Cook Road, Horsham, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a lock-knife in a public place at Ifield Drive, Crawley, on April 23. He was sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 18 months. The court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement.

May 11:

Roger Spinks, 68, of Langhurst Close, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on the A24 Worthing Road, at Horsham, on November 15, without due care and attention. He was fined £246 and his driving record endorsed with five penalty points.

Asa Holman, 41, of Salvington Road, Crawley, was found guilty of driving a Toyota vehicle on Bewbush Drive, Shoreham, on May 8, last year, with no licence or insurance. He was fined £660 and banned from driving for six months.

Jorges Pires, 47, of Massetts Road, Horley, indicated guilty pleas to being in possession of a small wrap of cocaine and a small wrap of heroin at Crawley railway station on September 22, last year. The court made a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement.

Lee Coleman , 45, of Partridge Lane, Dorking, Surrey, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required to do so by police under the Road Traffic Act 1988. He was also found guilty The offence took place at Crawley on June 7 , 2019. He was also found guilty of driving a BMW dangerously on Charlwood Road, Ifield Avenue and Warren Drive, Crawley, on June 6, 2019, and guilty of failing to stop for a police officer at Crawley, on the same date. The court made a community order with a 12 week electronically monitored curfew, from 9pm - 7am. He was banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £620 in prosecution costs.

Richard Hollingsworth, 38, of Fountain Road, Selborne, Hampshire, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of 1.29kg of cannabis, at Crawley on October 18, 2019. The court made a community order with a requirement of 60 hours of unpaid work.

Callum Magson, 22, of Orchard Road, Burgess Hill, was found guilty of two charges of assault by beating. The offences took place at Haywards Heath on December 20, 2019. He was also found guilty of causing damage to a front door at Haywards Heath on the same date. The court made a community order and fined him £623. He was ordered to pay £620 in prosecution costs. Magistrates issued a restraining order.

Richelieu Seebalam, 62, of Ifield Drive, Ifield, Crawley, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. The offence took place at Crawley on September 18, last year. He was jailed for 12 weeks. Magistrates said the reason for the custodial sentence was that it was a ‘serious attack, which caused injury and he had shown no remorse’. Magistrates issued a restraining order.

Daniel Wells, 36, of Henty Close, Bewbush, Crawley, pleaded guilty to being breach of a court injunction by making direct contact with a person. The offence took place at Horsham on March 21. He was given an 18 month conditional discharge.

Stephanie Taylor, 33, of Windermere Close, Crawley, indicated guilty pleas to two charges of harassment by racially aggravated verbal abuse. The offences took place at Crawley between May 2 and June 5, last year. The court made a community order and magistrates issued a restraining order.

May 14:

Barry Sheppard, 52, of Coneyhurst Road, Billingshurst, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota vehicle on Fryern Road, Pulborough, on July 7, last year, without due care and attention. He also pleaded guilty to failing to stop following an accident in which damage was caused to a BT telegraph pole, and guilty to failing to report the accident. He was fined £369.

May 18.

Nikki Summers, 47, of Helios Way, Barnet, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Northway, Gatwick Airport, on July 30, last year, with no insurance. She was fined £180.
