Man smashes driver's window in Brighton road rage incident

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road rage incident in Brighton.

A woman pulled out of Woodland Way into Surrenden Road, Brighton, around 5.30pm on Monday, October 8, and was tailgated by another driver for about half a mile, police said.

The victim stopped driving her Talbot Express campervan and the driver of the other vehicle, a silver VW Caddy Sportline TDI, got out of his car, said police.

The woman attempted to drive away but the man smashed the driver’s window and broke the wing mirror, according to police.

Police describe the suspect as in his early 40s, 5ft 11ins, of stocky build and with grey hair.
