Two arrests after alleged knifepoint robbery

Sussex Police said it has arrested two men after a knifepoint robbery in Brighton this morning (March 20).

A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Officers responded at 11.29am on Tuesday (March 20) to reports of a knifepoint robbery in Upper Rock Gardens, Brighton.

“Two men have been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. No injuries have been reported.

“Enquiries are at an early stage and no other information is available at this time.”
