"Egg-static" over haul

LEISURE centre customers have helped to make Easter "eggs-tra" special for youngsters.

Around 300 Easter eggs have been donated by customers at Southwick Leisure Centre and Lancing Leisure Centre, run by Impulse Leisure.

People signing up for platinum membership were given 10 off their joining fee for a donated egg.

Workers from the county council children and young people's services department will distribute the eggs.

Social worker Sandy Netherwood said: "The children will be delighted to receive the extra treats."
