Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a taxi and a pedestrian were involved in a collision in Brighton.
The pedestrian, an 87-year-old woman, suffered head injuries and died two days later.
The incident took place at North Street, Brighton, at 2.15pm on Tuesday (January 10).
Sergeant Clare Kenward from the roads policing unit said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman as this very tragic time. Enquiries are on-going to determine the circumstances of the incident and we ask anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed what happened to get in touch.”
