Girl in rooftop rescue

An injured girl was rescued from a three-storey building in Bognor Regis town centre.

The female had to helped down from the roof of the First Choice travel agent in London Road by firefighters. They handed her over to paramedics.

She had suffered slight injuries to a shoulder following a fall. Two fire crews from Bognor and Worthing spent just over an hour at the scene after they were called at 7.45pm on Sunday, August 2.
