There was a multitude of stalls selling eye-catching Christmas gifts as well as the breath-taking paintings adorning the walls.

For the more hardy visitors, the weekend was a perfect opportunity to see migratory birds in their winter plumage and afterwards enjoy a mince pie with a glass of mulled wine.

Exhibition and events co-ordinator Tamsin Xerxes was delighted with the weekend and said it was a great success.
