“Your unwanted goods will be much appreciated and made to good use. We aim to make residents stay as homely as possible.”

Phase One works to increase self-esteem and create a space where vulnerable people can begin to address the issues at the root cause of their homelessness.

It works with clients with alcohol and substance issues, and encourages them to examine their substance misuse to take positive steps towards recovery and abstinence.
