"This fantastic news allows us to put our plans into action to restructure the group.

"Changing the way we are organised will ensure we can continue our work to transform AmicusHorizon into a first-class, resident-focussed service provider delivering efficient and effective services.

"This great achievement would not have been possible without the huge amount of effort and support from staff, residents and board members.

"I am excited to have joined an organisation with a clear set of strategic objectives - of providing excellent services, delivering excellent performance, creating excellent neighbourhoods and developing excellent people to transform our business.

"I thank everyone involved for their hard work and dedication whilst delivering improved services for residents."
