Hurst Green

Football: Hurst Green FC training every Saturday 9am-10am (all ages) and Tuesdays 5.30pm-6.30pm (8-12 years) at Hurst Green Primary School Playing Field. Planes: Robertsbridge Aviation Society have a special World War One exhibition on at the moment. The museum at Bush Barn, Silverhill on the A21 north of Robertsbridge (TN32 5PA) is open on the last Sunday of each month, 10.30am-5.00pm (closed from Nov-Feb). The museum contains artefacts and exhibits from World War One to World War Two and beyond including a new display for World War One. Parking and admission free, donations always welcome. Holy Trinity: All age worship: for more info call 01580 860649. If you missed the August service, you missed a good time. Come to the next one and find out what you’re missing. Next all age service possibly September 21, further information later. Family Eucharist: Sunday 7th September, 9.30am. Join us in worship and prayer, followed by a time together for coffee and cake. A service is held the first Sunday of each month, 9.30am-11am.

Twinning: The Twinning Association, on Saturday October 11, will be welcoming **Pink Floyd** (aka Relics) from 8pm at the Village Hall. Tickets available £10 at the Community Shop & Cafe. In 2015 the Twinning Association will be visiting our friends in Ellerhoop. Further information coming later; however, you can can contact Derek Johnson ([email protected]) or Gerald Harniman (860251) and they will keep you informed. Possible cost approximately £200.
