Unfortunately the Parish Council has been receiving complaints about a very few dog owners who are not behaving responsibly whilst walking their dogs. The council will not hesitate to enforce the byelaw and seek to fine such people the maximum permitted. It does appear that the problem is being caused by non-residents. If anyone sees situations where the regulations are being ignored, would they please alert the clerk on 279790 or Dan Bevan, the PCSO, on 101 Ext 19186, mobile 07796 195639.

The dilapidated notice board at the Randolph Lane end of the village will not be replaced. The council will use the potential cost of a replacement to provide some sort of information centre in the Village Hall, where it will be seen by a larger number of people. The present notice board will remain in the centre of the village.

The mobile library will call at the Village Hall on Monday from 12.05pm until 12.45pm. The Pop-in Coffee Morning will run from 11am until 1.30pm, giving you chance to change your books and meet a friend.

The 9.30am service on Sunday will be Parish Communion.
