Impressive GCSE results open door to Angmering students’ future

STUDENTS at The Angmering School are now looking to the future, after earning impressive GCSE results.

The school’s top performers scored multiple A* and A grades. Bethan Williams received 13 A*s, Arran Collis received 12 A*s, Adam Woodard earned 10 A*s, and Flynn Hickey eight A*s. Meanwhile, nine other students got eight or more As and A*s.

David Brixey, the school’s head teacher, said: “This is what it’s all about. It’s a culmination of five years of hard work seeing the joy on their faces is what makes it worthwhile to me. It’s opened the doors to their futures.

“We are really pleased about our English maths and science. I’m personally a little bit frustrated by the government’s approach but we are not going to moan about that, we are going to look to the children’s future.”
