Let's get fizzy! Prosecco festival heads to Brighton

A prosecco festival will open its doors in Brighton this weekend, giving fizz fans the chance to taste more than 40 types of prosecco, cava and pink fizz.

The event takes place at the Hilton Metropole Brighton on August 10 and 11.

Visitors will be treated to their very own branded Prosecco flute on arrival and enjoy a unique range of Prosecco-based cocktails including Harry's bar Bellini and the "Snow White" white chocolate cocktail.

Jo Roberts, event and sales manager, said: "Brighton is really well known for loving its fizz...so we're all particularly excited for this event – we had a truly amazing time at our sell-out event at the Clarenden in Brighton last year! It's almost sold-out so get those tickets while they’re still available, the majority of our other venues have already sold out!’’

If you're not devoted to fizz, there's Italian Peroni on offer as well as Italian food.

The Processo Festival also features live performances and an in-house band.
