Library to close for refurbishment

The library should be open as normal next Saturday, a county council spokesman said this week.

Library users can borrow and return their items at any Library in East Sussex.

The programme of access improvement and refurbishment work started in January.

East Sussex County Council's Library Service is installing a new lift and entrance to improve access for people with disabilities and for parents and carers with buggies.

The work also involves the refurbishment of the whole of the ground floor.
