Country Market: in Lindfield. Every Thursday in the King Edward Hall from 10-11am.Pop in for a friendly welcome and all things fresh and local. On sale is a tempting variety of home baked cakes, scones and pies for comforting winter teas or freezing for a weekend treat. Also savouries, pasties, marmalades, jams, award winning honey and fresh eggs. Plants for your garden will be arriving soon. Do look around the craft stalls: plenty of ideas for gifts like knitted baby items, aprons, bags, scarves, jewellery and greetings cards. Then take a break from shopping and sit down with a tea/coffee and biscuit.

Film: this evening in the King Edward Hall. “The lady in the van.” Not sure there are tickets left but you can try on the door! £6. £7.45pm. However there is another film evening on the 17th March. Same time, same place and tickets will be on sale from 23rd February at Tufnells. The film is called “Spectre.”

Lindfield Flower Club: On the 23rd February at 2.30pm in the King Edward Hall Graham King will give a talk and demonstration called “I’ve had an Idea.”
