Man injured after falling from scaffolding in Brighton

Sussex Police said a man suffered a chest injury after falling from scaffoling in Oriental Place, Brighton this afternoon (October 30).

A police spokesperson said: “Emergency services were called to Oriental Place, Brighton, at 1.32pm on Tuesday (October 30) after a man fell from scaffolding.

“He is believed to have suffered a chest injury and has been taken to hospital. The road was closed for a short time but has now re-opened.”
