More Horsham offices to be converted into flats

Sam Berg S2 Estates have submitted an application for prior notification for a change of use of Century House in Station Road via permitted development rights.

According to documents filed with HOrsham District Council the existing building could be converted into 29 flats.

This would comprise of six studio flats, 22 one-bedroom units, and one two-bed flat.

The site has 38 car parking spaces, and 16 cycle spaces would be included.

It follows a similar development on the other side of North Street, where the two remaining Horsham Gates office buildings were converted into flats.
