Next year starts here for Probus

ROLL on 2013 - that was the view of Bognor Regis Probus Club members who have begun to play their travels for the year.

The well-attended coffee morning is one of the events which make this month busy for the club in spite of the lack of a formal meeting.

Other activities include a tour of Northumbria, a dinner and a pub lunch with ladies and guests, and a tour of The Regis School are on the schedule.

The club’s July meeting welcomed retired restaurateur and catering lecturer John Bailey as speaker.

He delighted members by dressing the striking regalia of a Knight of the Grand Order of Calvados, Cider and Pommeu to take them on visit to Normandy with his fluent presentation.
