We have teamed up with Brighton Dome to bring together donated artworks which will be available for purchase through eBay for Charity from Thursday 26 February to Sunday 8 March. All proceeds will be split between Chestnut Tree and Brighton Dome; a registered arts charity.

The auction includes a wide range of styles to appeal to all tastes and budgets, including photography, textile, mixed media, fine and contemporary art. We have pieces from local, national and celebrity artists, illustrators and photographers as well as 15 special artworks created by children at Chestnut Tree House.

We are very excited to have pieces from illustrators Raymond Briggs (creator of ‘The Snowman’) and Chris Riddell (The Edge Chronicles) and actresses Julie Graham and Tamsin Outhwaite. We also have an original illustration from the David Walliams book, Awful Auntie. The Illustration, Owl, has been signed by its creator Tony Ross and by David Walliams himself and is accompanied by a signed copy of the book that the picture is from.

All of the works can be viewed at www.bigheartauction.org.uk/. Alongside the online gallery and auction, Brighton Dome will play host to a public Big Heart exhibition from Wednesday 4 to Friday 6 March. The exhibition is free to enter and will be an opportunity to see first-hand artworks from a wide range of artists.

We look forward to seeing you there.
