The Cricket Club is away to Hatfield on Saturday with a 2pm start.

Margaret and David Sargent have pledged to undertake a nine-day sponsored hike for the Mind charity on the anniversary of their daughter Anna’s death after she took her own life in 2012.

Margaret and David will set off in September on a route that stretches the length of the Cotswold Way, from Chipping Camden to Bath, stopping off at Winchcombe, Wooton Under-Edge and Chipping Sodbury. They hope to reach a target of £2,500.

The piano recital and garden party at the home of Gillian Davis, in Church Lane, raised £440 for the Hospice in the Weald. Many thanks to all for this very good amount and to the wonderful team of helpers.
