LETTER: '˜Dye for cancer' boosts research

During the summer holidays five Year 9 friends from The Forest School in Horsham decided to dye their hair different colours to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

So far the boys have raised a fantastic £305 through online donations, sponsorship and an afternoon tea at St Andrew’s Methodist Church in Roffey.

Jack, who came up with the idea, even printed the T- shirts for the boys to wear!

He said: “All the boys have been affected by cancer through losing loved ones, and this was a great way to help support the charity.”
