LETTER: Roadside litter at its worst

In the 35 years that I have lived in the Horsham area, I have never seen the roadside litter as bad as it is now.

Obviously the first culprits are the litter louts who care nothing about this desecration and big steps are needed in the way of education and use of fines for those caught.

Why has Horsham District Council not had clearance teams out as we have seen in past years? Is this because of budgetary constraints? I think we should be told.
