Can you think of a name for road?

Whatlington Parish Council and a few residents met Thursday, January 21, to discuss a name for the section of the A21 that runs through the top of Whatlington, as requested by Rother District Council under the Public Health Act 1925.

As this matter will affect residents, delivery drivers and visitors to this section of the A21, it is extremely important that the address for the road is obvious to its location, therefore reducing the danger to this hazardous section of road, when searching their destination. I am suggesting that the Battle and Hastings Observers ask readers to send the most sensible titles for this road so their ideas can be forwarded by you to Rother District Council, as they are the ones who pass through.
